This document (“Terms”) governs the use of services (“Services”) provided by VARIO DETECTORS (“Company”). By using or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

The Company provides hardware and software solutions, including mobile applications and web-based tools, designed to work with Vario Detectors devices. All offerings are part of the Company’s services.

Pricing and Payment

All payments for the Services are determined according to the Company’s pricing policy and include all applicable fees related to software, devices, or integrations.

Privacy Policy

The Company may collect and process personal information as necessary to operate its Services. Data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable once activated. Buyers acknowledge that once a product or software license is activated, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, regardless of satisfaction or change of mind. VARIO DETECTORS ensures that product details, specifications, and usage guidelines are clearly provided prior to purchase.

Opening a package or activating a license constitutes use, making it ineligible for return. Because devices are designed for short-term specialized use, no refund or exchange requests are accepted post-activation. The Company assumes no responsibility for any financial loss related to this policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms or related to the Services shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of İstanbul (Central). The language of arbitration shall be Turkish.

Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless VARIO DETECTORS against any such losses.

Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms or its Services at any time to improve performance and quality. Updates will become effective upon publication.
